*PSD + Video tier: One layer (named "galaxy glow*") in the PSD file will import incorrectly in most programs besides Paintstorm Studio, so I've turned it off for you. The layer is supposed to create the galaxy effect in the background. The rest of the layers should be as normal. I generally try not to use color dodge layers for this reason but here it was a bit unavoidable :(
